We are looking for a Certification Coordinator to join an established and continuously growing business based in Swindon.

Working within a compliant and regulated industry, we are is looking for a Certification Coordinator to support with business growth. Joining an established and busy team, you will be playing a pivotal role, taking ownership and responsibility for a number of processes managing accreditations, risk assessments, insurance documents and calculations.
- Registering products with relevant certification bodies and manufacturing warranties for householders
- Liaising with installers and householders on a regular basis to advise of the job processes
- Ensuring processes are adhered to and identify improvements to provide better quality of work
- Producing Consumer Packs and Handover Folders for householders
- Processing invoices on SAGE
- Day to day support of colleagues and external stakeholders
- Creating result letters and quotes to be issued for heat loss calculations
- Ensuring documents in the QMS are kept up to date
- 2 - 3 years experience of working in an administrative or customer service role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent literacy and mathematical skills
- Used to managing a busy and varied workload, remaining calm when under pressure
- Computer literate - Excel and Word experience is required
- Good problem solving
- Familiarity with MCS Standard is an advantage
