Social Enterprise Development Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our Social Enterprise Team as a Social Enterprise Development Manager. This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who is looking to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our Social Enterprises.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions and strategies to drive growth and engagement. With a focus on delivering life-changing opportunities for women and outstanding services to the community, this position requires a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about making a positive impact.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of [X] years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the charity sector. You will have a proven track record of delivering successful projects and initiatives, with a focus on sustainability and growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

This full-time, fixed-term contract offers a competitive salary of £27,885 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including 28 days annual leave, rising to 33 days with service, and an auto-enrolment pension scheme.
