Social Enterprise Manager

The Marylebone Project is a leading provider of support services for women affected by homelessness. As our Social Enterprise Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the sustainability and growth of our social enterprise initiatives.

This exciting opportunity will see you lead our team to deliver outstanding services to our community, providing life-changing opportunities for women and families in need. With a strong focus on innovation and creativity, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new projects, and securing funding to support our mission.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for social enterprise and a proven track record of success in managing teams and delivering results. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with our senior management to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve outcomes for our clients.

As a representative of The Marylebone Project, you will be expected to embody our values of compassion, respect, and excellence. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including staff, volunteers, clients, and funders.
