Job Title: Telesales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Populus. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with prospective customers in the social care sector.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and award-winning digital recruitment and learning business that is making a positive difference to care communities. As a Telesales Executive, you will be working closely with our national Customer Engagement teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build relationships with prospective customers through outbound prospecting using a combination of phone and email to generate leads, make appointments, and conduct demos of our platform.
  2. Generate leads as part of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  3. Contact single site and small social care providers in the Northwest, also supporting our national Customer Engagement teams when required.
  4. Understand potential customers' challenges and build solutions to help overcome them.
  5. Give demos of our platform when applicable.
