Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Populus. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with prospective customers in the social care sector.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and award-winning digital recruitment and learning business that is making a positive difference to care communities. As a Telesales Executive, you will be working closely with our national Customer Engagement teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Build relationships with prospective customers through outbound prospecting using a combination of phone and email to generate leads, make appointments, and conduct demos of our platform.
- Generate leads as part of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Contact single site and small social care providers in the Northwest, also supporting our national Customer Engagement teams when required.
- Understand potential customers' challenges and build solutions to help overcome them.
- Give demos of our platform when applicable.
- Competitive salary plus commission scheme (OTE £5,000+ uncapped)
