Wellbeing and Fitness Lead Role

Nuffield Health is a leading healthcare charity that prioritizes the well-being of its employees. We're seeking an experienced Wellbeing Lead to join our team at Stoke Poges Fitness & Wellbeing Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Fitness Manager in developing and managing fitness programmes for groups and individuals.
  • Design and deliver innovative fitness programmes that promote physical activity and healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and grow their skills and expertise.
  • Ensure the gym floor is well-presented and maintained, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Promote and deliver fitness programmes, re-assessments, and Personal Best initiatives.
  • Support and champion express classes and 'Meet our Experts' sessions.
