Clean Team Associate

We're seeking a skilled Clean Team Member to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Clean Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service in our Fitness & Wellbeing Clubs.
As a Clean Team Member, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing various areas of the club, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our customers. You will also be expected to interact with colleagues and customers in a friendly and professional manner, using effective communication skills to achieve our customer service goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare areas of the club to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for customers.
- Interact with colleagues and customers in a friendly and professional manner, using effective communication skills.
- Organize your work and plan your time to ensure that cleaning does not impact customer experience.
- Take pride in your work, using high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Use equipment safely, including carpet cleaners and other cleaning tools.
- Be responsible for a range of tasks, including removing waste, checking stock, and updating records.
