Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and support staff development, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Assess and manage patient risk through collaborative approaches, prioritizing safety and well-being.
  • Act as a role model and shift leader, guiding the team with expertise and vision.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years post-registration experience in mental health nursing.
  • Active NMC registration and evidence of revalidation.
  • Clinical leadership and supervision experience, with a passion for mentoring.
  • Ambition to progress in nursing leadership, with a desire to make a meaningful impact.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
