About the JobThis Deputy Ward Manager position is an ideal opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) looking to take on a new challenge. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the ward, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and support.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of mental health nursing principles and practices. You should also have experience working in inpatient mental health settings and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.
