Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team at Campden BRI. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality of our services and implementing processes that drive continuous improvement.


About You

We are looking for someone with excellent administrative skills, particularly in document management and review processes. Your experience in monitoring and reporting on performance metrics will also be essential in this role.


Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on PT scheme performance in the Microbiology area.
  • Investigate and close actions related to Microbiology.
  • Administer document review and audit processes to ensure compliance with schedules.
  • Liaise with clients to collect feedback on service levels and collate information from non-conforming work reports.
  • Instigate investigations and corrective action planning in respect of non-conforming work and complaints.
  • Conduct local procedure audits and produce associated reports.
  • Analyze opportunities for improvement and propose consolidation of local business management documentation.
  • Support TABS Management process for Microbiology.
