About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Adviser Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at St. James's Place.

Job Summary:

  • This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our organization meets the highest standards in complaint handling.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing the quality of complaint investigations and providing expert guidance to the Complaints Advisers team.
  • A deep understanding of regulated complaint handling and quality assurance processes is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the quality of complaint investigations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to improve complaint handling processes.
  3. Collaborate with the Client Liaison division to ensure seamless communication and resolution of complaints.

Requirements:

  • CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in regulated complaint handling within the financial services industry.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to navigate complex client complaints.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide the Complaints Advisers team.
