Job Overview
Corin Group is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Professional to lead our medical device business in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. This onsite role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in quality engineering and make a lasting impact.

Responsibilities
As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring compliance with FDA, ISO, and MDR regulations through the application and implementation of quality standards.
  • Evaluating manufacturing and quality activities against relevant standards and regulations.
  • Designing, managing, and implementing complex process solutions to improve workflow or compliance.
  • Supporting and/or leading changes through the QMS change control system.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A BSc or MSc or HNC / HND (or equivalent) in an Engineering or related discipline.
  • Extensive experience participating in internal and external audits.
  • Worked within a highly regulated business (e.g., medical device, pharma, or healthcare).
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills, resolving issues through negotiation, and influencing skills.
