Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Assurance Specialist to join our team at St. James's Place. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing complex and high-value advice cases, collaborating with Business Risk and Field Management, and providing expert feedback to protect clients and the company from potential risks.

  • Reviewing complex and high-value advice cases, including DB transfers and technical project work.
  • Collaborating with Business Risk and Field Management to address issues raised from file checking and technical support.
  • Providing expert feedback on case content to prevent mis-selling and protect the company's reputation.
  • Acting as a technical consultant for Partners, including training and event participation.
  • Providing training and mentoring for new team members.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess Level 6 Chartered Financial Planner status, a deep understanding of the BAA role, and strong communication and relationship-building skills. They will also be able to adapt to changes in process and regulation.
