Job Title: CQC Registered Manager

Compass Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CQC Registered Manager to lead our brand-new adult Residential Service supporting individuals with complex autism and learning disabilities.

About the Role:
  • Oversee and manage the Residential service for adults with complex learning disabilities and autism, some with potential challenging behaviors and communication difficulties.
  • Lead a team of staff and collaborate with the company's quality team to ensure the efficient delivery and development of the service.
  • Work closely with the Operations Director to ensure service users receive the best care.
  • Have a deep working knowledge of health and social care, particularly in relation to complex autism.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Essential)
  • Previous experience within a CQC Registered Manager position (Essential)
  • Service specific qualification eg. Autism (Desirable)
  • Experience working in a residential and/or supported-living setting
  • Extensive knowledge on CQC guidelines and policies

Interview Process:

The interview process involves an initial interview with the Operations Director and Director of Quality, then a second interview with the Managing Director and Operations Director.
