Job Title: Experienced Registered Care Manager / Domiciliary Care Branch Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our Domiciliary Care Branch in Burnley, Lancashire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of care professionals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to clients in their own homes
* Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of clients
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards
* Collaborate with the regional team to achieve business objectives
* Identify and implement opportunities for growth and development

Requirements:
