Job Title: Experienced Registered Care Manager / Domiciliary Care Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our Domiciliary Care Branch in Burnley, Lancashire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for nurturing and building a strong team around you, providing excellent support and guidance to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services to older adults in their own homes.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the regional team and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives and improve service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain a good rating for the branch.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, working closely with the regional team to develop and implement strategies to achieve this.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the Domiciliary Home Care Sector, with a strong track record of leadership and management.
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC requirements and regulations.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality care services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work towards Level 5 if not already completed, with the opportunity for fully funded training.
