Job Title: Experienced Registered Care Manager / Domiciliary Care Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our Domiciliary Care Branch in Burnley, Lancashire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for nurturing and building a strong team around you.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of care professionals in providing high-quality care to older adults in their own homes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and achieve excellent CQC ratings.
  • Collaborate with the regional team and other branch managers to share best practices and drive business growth.
  • Support the team in their roles and be an excellent role model, encouraging their progression and development.
  • Contribute to the development of the organization's succession plan and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the Domiciliary Home Care Sector, with a strong track record of running a successful branch.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and regulations.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
  • Car driver essential.
