We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Improvement Manager to join our team at Tarmac. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and efficiency across our Aggregate and Asphalt businesses.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement sustainable solutions to address operational challenges.
  • Lead the development and implementation of performance management frameworks to drive business results.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in performance and project management, or operations leadership roles within a Quarrying / Manufacturing / Engineering environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including coaching, mentoring and development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
