Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze areas for improvement.

- Proven experience in performance and project management, or operations leadership roles within a Quarrying / Manufacturing / Engineering environment.
