Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes and procedures.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Experience in the Government & Defence sector, with a strong understanding of the MOD/NATO market.
  • Strong sales management skills, with the ability to coach and develop sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of up to £120,000.
  • A bonus/commission structure with an OTE of up to £170,000.
