About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Zetter Recruitment. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Commercial Direction: Take responsibility for the commercial direction and performance of the sales team, including setting targets, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as needed.
  • Deal Closing: Contribute directly to business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing significant deals.
  • Process Improvement: Implement new sales strategies, processes, and best practices, analyzing their success using key performance metrics to encourage new logo acquisition.
About You
  • Proven Track Record: Proven success of scaling revenue to past £20m within SaaS/Tech.
  • Leadership Experience: Successful track record of implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, leading management teams within fast-paced environments.
  • Tech Savvy: Tech-savvy with a background in SaaS/Tech.
  • Strategic Thinker: Intelligent, strategic, and an agent of change.
What We Offer
