Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a leadership role, preferably in the commercial sector of the learning solutions industry.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to independently manage the entire sales process from start to finish.
  • Knowledge of another language or an appreciation of different European or international cultures would be an advantage.
  • Understanding of leadership development, including psychometrics, assessments, coaching, workshops, and self-directed learning.
  • Experience of coordinating strong responses to RFPs and creating compelling presentations.
  • Committed to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
