Sales Operations Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Sales Operations to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales process improvements and business transformations across our global acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of sales processes, reporting, and forecasting for all acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate data across regions.
- Develop and implement changes to the sales forecasting process, while collaborating with leadership in acquired businesses to ensure timely and accurate sales projections.
- Drive change management initiatives, transitioning acquired businesses to our enhanced sales, service, and marketing models, including CRM implementation and strategy optimisation.
- Work closely with the Sales Operations Director to set strategic goals aligned with revenue targets during the integration of new acquisitions.
- Implement and oversee policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of CRM data across all acquired companies.
- Deliver ongoing training on Salesforce and CRM best practices, fostering adoption and ensuring system efficiency within newly integrated teams.
- Design and manage sales incentive programs for various territories, supporting the Group's financial goals.
- Conduct detailed business analysis as required, providing data-driven insights to support business decisions.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in sales planning, forecasting, reporting, and process optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex sales data and provide actionable insights.
- Proven track record in driving business change and implementing sales strategies in a B2B environment.
- Expertise in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, with experience managing all stages of the sales cycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams.
- Solid understanding of marketing processes and strategies, with the ability to connect sales and marketing efforts for pipeline development.
- Demonstrated experience in commercial finance and sales support in complex business environments.
- Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams through change.
Desirable:
- Board-level presentation experience.
- Experience working in M&A environments, particularly in assisting acquired businesses through sales, service, and marketing integrations.
- Experience delivering results in a global, multi-cultural business environment.
