Job Title: Director of Sales Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Sales Operations to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales process improvements and business transformations across our global acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the integration of sales processes, reporting, and forecasting for all acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate data across regions.
  2. Develop and implement changes to the sales forecasting process, while collaborating with leadership in acquired businesses to ensure timely and accurate sales projections.
  3. Drive change management initiatives, transitioning acquired businesses to our enhanced sales, service, and marketing models, including CRM implementation and strategy optimisation.
  4. Work closely with the Sales Operations Director to set strategic goals aligned with revenue targets during the integration of new acquisitions.
  5. Implement and oversee policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of CRM data across all acquired companies.
  6. Deliver ongoing training on Salesforce and CRM best practices, fostering adoption and ensuring system efficiency within newly integrated teams.
  7. Design and manage sales incentive programs for various territories, supporting the Group's financial goals.
  8. Conduct detailed business analysis as required, providing data-driven insights to support business decisions.

Requirements:

  1. Extensive experience in sales planning, forecasting, reporting, and process optimisation.
  2. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex sales data and provide actionable insights.
  3. Proven track record in driving business change and implementing sales strategies in a B2B environment.
  4. Expertise in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, with experience managing all stages of the sales cycle.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams.
  6. Solid understanding of marketing processes and strategies, with the ability to connect sales and marketing efforts for pipeline development.
  7. Demonstrated experience in commercial finance and sales support in complex business environments.
  8. Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  9. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams through change.

Desirable:

  1. Board-level presentation experience.
  2. Experience working in M&A environments, particularly in assisting acquired businesses through sales, service, and marketing integrations.
  3. Experience delivering results in a global, multi-cultural business environment.
