New Homes Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a New Homes Sales Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for winning instructions to new sites and developing relationships with developers in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge and develop relationships with developers in the area
  • Winning instructions to new sites
  • Gaining and keeping Sole Agency
  • Ensure the relationship is developed and maintained to a high standard
  • Be the central point of contact for the Regional Sales Managers and the Sales Directors
  • Be aware of any new sites in the area and evaluate potential opportunities for the company

Requirements:

  • Preferably experience in New Homes Sales with an Estate Agency or builder/developer
  • Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and act on your own initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
