Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at 5G Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and hitting personal sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve business growth and hit personal sales targets
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with new and existing accounts
  • Present sales, revenue, and costing reports, along with realistic forecasting reports to the senior management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts, while also being fully aware of market developments and competitive environment

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate must be able to work under their own initiative and be willing to travel across the UK to meet with identified potential clients
  • Previous experience in sales within the cleanroom industry
  • Demonstratable success in sales/business development roles
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales process
  • Full UK driving license
