Job Title: Parts Data Coordinator

Clarke Energy is a leading provider of sustainable energy solutions, and we are seeking a skilled Parts Data Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a fixed-term contract for approximately 15 months. As a Parts Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the procurement requirements of our company, ensuring optimal stock levels, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the purchase of minor kits and corrective/transactional parts in accordance with agreed procedures and contractual requirements.
  • Liaise with the parts team to analyze current demand and emergency requests, ensuring parts are ordered in the most efficient and cost-effective method.
  • Proactively identify contract amendments required to meet changing demand and stock levels.
  • Manage the process of superseded parts and analyze stock trends, including reorder points.
  • Collaborate with the parts team to ensure accurate inventory records and optimal stock levels.

Requirements:

  • Good general standard of education.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience of working directly with inventory management/stock control.
