About the Role

This is a fixed-term contract for approximately 15 months. The primary responsibility is to manage procurement requirements through daily reports, adhering to procedures and contractual agreements, while maintaining optimal stock levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the purchase of minor kits in accordance with agreed procedures and contractual requirements.
  • Administer the purchase of corrective/transactional parts, capturing current demand/stock replenishment through daily reports (standard and non-standard stock) in accordance with agreed procedures and contractual requirements.
  • Liaise and work closely with the parts team, analyzing current demand/emergency requests to ensure parts are ordered in the most efficient and cost-effective method.
  • Analyze committed parts on MSA agreements versus current demand/current stock levels to proactively identify contract amendments that may be required.
  • Analysis of stock trends, including regular review of reorder points if required.
  • Analysis of overstock.
  • Management of MSA/CSA kits.
  • Manage the process of superseded parts.
