Events Fundraising Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Events Fundraising Assistant to join our Income and Engagement team at Charity Horizons. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our ambitious events strategy, ensuring the continued growth and success of our fundraising efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Support the events team with event organization and delivery, providing excellent stewardship and ensuring seamless execution.
- Enroll participants in a calendar of events across the region, fostering strong relationships with supporters.
- Meet with fundraisers and re-engage lapsed supporters to develop long-term relationships and maximize fundraising potential.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to provide up-to-date content for regular communications, engaging new and existing supporters.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to build long-standing relationships, and a proactive approach to developing their career in fundraising. The ideal candidate will be organized, diligent, and driven, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
The role will involve attending events in the evenings and weekends, requiring a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle. While charity experience is advantageous, we are also keen to speak with individuals looking to transfer their skillset into this rewarding area of fundraising and events coordination.
