Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and facilitating the entire recruitment process from posting job ads to onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
  • Coordinate the entire recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and conducting interviews
  • Track key recruiting KPIs to measure the success of our recruitment efforts
  • Improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote our client's brand
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases
  • Perform other duties as required to support the recruitment team

Requirements

  • A degree in Human Resources or a relevant field
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • A passion for the industrial/manufacturing industry
