Evolve Selection Limited is proud to support the recruitment for a leading organisation that delivers exceptional patient care throughout the UK. This organisation is seeking experienced Diabetes Specialists to join their team and contribute to the improvement of patient outcomes.

In this role, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide expert care to patients with Type 2 diabetes. Your responsibilities will include identifying and optimising treatment plans for these patients, conducting point-of-care testing, and referring for specialist insulin treatment when necessary. You will also exercise corporate nursing responsibilities, contributing to the overall success of the team.

The salary for this role is approximately £45,000 per annum, and you will also receive an excellent benefits package. This includes an annual bonus scheme, company car or car allowance (+ fuel card for business miles), pension, medical insurance, daily lunch allowance (when in practice), uniform, professional fees reimbursed, broadband contribution, and more.

Ideal Requirements
  • Current NMC registration and a minimum of three years' experience (post-registration) in managing diabetes within Primary Care.
  • Diploma in diabetes or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledgeable and confident in providing education, support, and advice to people with Type 2 Diabetes.
  • IT literacy, including Primary Care systems.
  • Full driving licence.
