We're seeking an experienced Land Planning Coordinator to join our team in Greater London. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in assessing and developing renewable energy projects, utilizing geospatial software and other online resources to explore development possibilities while considering planning constraints and restrictive agreements.

Your expertise in land management, planning, development, or real estate will be invaluable in this role. You'll work closely with clients and stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of legal aspects related to land acquisition, including lease options, land titles, and restrictive agreements.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Site Assessment: Utilize geospatial software and online resources to assess development opportunities, considering planning constraints and restrictive agreements.\
  • Economic Evaluation: Combine planning considerations with economic factors to assess the overall feasibility of projects.\
  • Financial Modelling: Utilize a third-party financial modelling tool to create commercial parameters impacting land negotiation processes.\
  • Commercial Design: Develop commercial designs for systems that can be used in presentations for clients.\
  • Qualifications: Experience in land management, planning, development, or real estate; understanding of legal aspects related to land acquisition, including lease options, land titles, and restrictive agreements; surveying background, experience with geospatial software, familiarity with regional and national online databases/tools for land resources; CRM and networking skills; knowledge and interest in renewable energy, especially ground-mounted solar installations; excellent proficiency in both German and English, both written and spoken.\
