This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Land and Property Project Coordinator, where you'll play a senior role in coordinating the delivery of our lands and consents projects. With expertise in planning and consenting major infrastructure projects, you'll collaborate with technical specialists to optimise delivery and ensure risks and issues are identified and mitigated/managed.

Your primary focus will be on project managing L&C delivery on your allocated project, to time cost and quality. You'll also be responsible for contract management of L&C appointed consultants and contract staff within your allocated project.

As part of our hybrid working arrangement, you'll have flexibility to work from home or office, with occasional travel to either our London or Warwick office. We're open to full-time and part-time applicants, as well as flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage L&C delivery on allocated project, to time cost and quality
  • Collaborate with technical specialists to optimise delivery and ensure risks and issues are identified and mitigated/managed
  • Contract management of L&C appointed consultants and contract staff within allocated project
  • Coordinate reporting and communication with wider multi-disciplinary project teams
About the Role:

We're looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering consenting or surveying aspects of major energy infrastructure projects, preferably subterrestrial cable infrastructure.

Candidates should have current and comprehensive knowledge of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and Planning Act 2008.

Demonstrable experience of delivering projects to programme, scope, and budget is essential.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary between £52,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on capability.

You'll also receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we'll double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
