About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Field Monitoring Officer to join our team in South London. As an Electronic Field Monitoring Officer, you will play a key part in installing and decommissioning electronic monitoring equipment in the homes of those subject to electronic monitoring.

Your primary responsibility will be to visit the homes of individuals on curfew, where you will install and calibrate monitoring equipment to detect movement within their property boundaries. You will also be responsible for the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices.

In this role, you will collaborate with your colleagues to ensure seamless operations and clear communication. Additionally, you will deliver exceptional customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving license (manual transmission only) with no more than 9 points
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the UK for work purposes
  • No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training
  • BPSS clearance, including a full 3-year work history with gaps over 28 days covered
  • DBS clearance or willingness to obtain it
  • Excellent verbal English skills and outstanding communication abilities
  • Flexibility to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
