Salary and Benefits


The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £37.12 per hour, paid for every hour worked. In addition, you will have access to an 8-day training course on site at the allocated venue, including accommodation, breakfast, and dinner. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.



Job Description


As an Electronic Field Monitoring Officer, you will play a vital role in:



  1. Installing and decommissioning electronic monitoring equipment in the homes of those subject to electronic monitoring;
  2. Visiting the homes of those on curfew, with the purpose of installing and calibrating monitoring equipment, so that the person on curfew can be detected within the boundaries of their property;
  3. Installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices;
  4. Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication;
  5. Delivering top-notch customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:



  1. A full UK driving license with no more than 9 points;
  2. Extensive travel within the UK, with a car and fuel card provided for work purposes;
  3. No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide all the necessary training;
  4. BPSS clearance and a willingness to obtain DBS clearance.
