We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Electronic Field Monitoring Officer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to gain valuable experience in the field of electronic monitoring.

About the Role:

  • As an Electronic Field Monitoring Officer, you will be responsible for installing and decommissioning electronic monitoring equipment in the homes of individuals subject to electronic monitoring.
  • You will visit the homes of those on curfew to install and calibrate monitoring equipment, ensuring that individuals on curfew can be detected within their property boundaries.
  • You will also be responsible for the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices.
  • In collaboration with your team members, you will ensure seamless operations and clear communication.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring is also a key aspect of this role.

About You:

  • You must have a full UK driving license with no more than 9 points.
  • Extensive travel within the UK is required, and a car and fuel card will be provided for work purposes.
  • No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training.
  • You will need to hold BPSS clearance and have a full 3-year work history with gaps over 28 days covered.
  • A DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one is also required.
  • You must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an excellent standard of verbal English.
  • You should be able to work flexibly, both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities are essential.
