At the Atomic Weapons Establishment (AWE), we are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronics Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing the electronics lab, scheduling, maintaining, and testing equipment in use, as well as ensuring manufacture to design specifications within a heavily regulated industry.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading small teams or projects
  • Fault finding, problem solving, repair, and maintenance of electronic hardware
  • Experience with hardware such as data capture systems

Additionally, the successful candidate will support development, design, and field new diagnostic hardware.

Due to the classified nature of the work involved, there are limited opportunities to work from home in this role.
