Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Account Executive to join our team at Wasterecruit Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the hazardous waste sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets for revenue growth and profit margins
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and closing deals
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their waste management needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the hazardous waste sector
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the environmental and waste management industry, including regulations and best practices
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex waste management issues and provide creative solutions
