Job Title: Cash Collection Specialist

We are excited to partner with a prominent company in the energy sector as they seek a skilled Credit Control Agent to join their team in Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cash Collection: Collect cash from residential accounts, ensuring timely processing of payments.
  2. Compliance: Adhere to the company's credit policies, ensuring fairness and consistency in all customer interactions.
  3. Communication: Proactively communicate with customers to resolve credit control issues.
  4. Targets: Meet or exceed cash collection targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support financial objectives.
  5. Debt Recovery: Identify overdue accounts and initiate referrals for external debt collection or legal action when necessary.
  6. Debtor Management: Manage outstanding debtors, ensuring all accounts are tracked and properly handled.
  7. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on cash collections, outstanding debts, and other critical financial metrics.
  8. Support: Assist with various tasks to support the credit control team and broader business operations.
Estimated Salary:

$35,000 - $45,000 per annum, based on experience.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
  • Strong knowledge of the collection process with a focus on results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and be self-motivated.
