Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join Budget Energy as a Credit Controller. You will play a crucial part in maintaining positive customer relationships, minimizing debt, and supporting the financial health of the company.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing cash collections for domestic accounts.
  • Ensuring compliance with company's credit policies.
  • Following up on outstanding payments and resolving credit control issues.
  • Meeting cash collection targets and KPIs.
  • Identifying overdue accounts and referring them for external debt collection or legal action.
  • Collaborating with customers to set up payment plans.
  • Overseeing outstanding debtors and ensuring proper management and tracking.
  • Preparing regular reports on cash collections, outstanding debts, and key financial metrics.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include a defined pension contribution, healthcare allowance, and staff discounts.
