We are seeking a skilled Patient Administrator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless healthcare journey for our patients.

About the Role

  • Connect with patients via telephone and email to coordinate their care and treatment
  • Manage administrative tasks, including booking patients, coordinating diagnostic results, and supporting clinicians
  • Efficiently manage internal computer systems to track patient progress and provide clinicians with necessary clinical notes

About You

  • Strong experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with ERS and System One is desirable, but not essential

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £22,662.36 upon starting, increasing to £23,387.43 after a 6-month probation, and further to £24,642.72 after 2 years of service
