The Sussex MSK Partnership East team at Horder Healthcare is seeking a skilled Patient Administrator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a Patient Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless healthcare journey for patients, connecting with them on a daily basis and coordinating their care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Connecting with patients via telephone and email at every stage of their care, from initial referral to completion of care
  • Responsible for all aspects of administrative service delivery, including booking patients, coordinating diagnostic results, and working with clinicians
  • Efficient management of internal computer systems to actively manage patients through care pathways and provide clinicians with necessary clinical notes

About You:

  • Strong experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with good IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with ERS and System One is desirable, but not essential
