Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior accountant to join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in accounting. The successful candidate will support the accounting activities of Lockheed Martin UK, working closely with a team of experienced accountants and financial analysts.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze data from ledgers and various financial systems using Excel and other tools to present insights and contribute to financial decision-making.
  • Gain hands-on experience with SAP, one of the most widely-used financial systems globally, managing financial transactions, accounting tasks, and becoming proficient in an essential business tool.
  • Participate in critical month-end and year-end activities such as journal posting, reconciliations, and financial reporting, providing a real-world understanding of the financial closing process.
