Professional Opportunity: We are seeking an Academic Guidance Counsellor to join our team at Careerline. The successful candidate will have experience of providing confidential counselling to pupils and will hold a recognised counselling qualification to at least Diploma level.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential counselling to pupils under the guidance of the Lead Counsellor and alongside pastoral and teaching staff
  • Have previous experience of counselling young people in education environments, especially 11-18 age range
  • Hold a recognised counselling qualification to at least Diploma level
  • Have experience working with adults is advantageous

Terms and Conditions: Permanent, part-time, term-time only position (34 weeks, 41 FTE) with a salary of £39,318 - £42,059 per annum (dependent on experience).
