Job Description

Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality counselling services to students in need, addressing mental health, behavioural, and emotional challenges.
• Foster partnerships with CAMHS and other relevant services to ensure cohesive support for students.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on counselling and education best practices.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop strategies for promoting student well-being.

Requirements and Qualifications
• Proven experience as a qualified counsellor working with young people aged 11-16 and their families.
• Enhanced CRB check required.

Salary and Benefits
