About the Role

Gray Healthcare Ltd is a specialist Health and Social Care provider seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity involves developing and maintaining relationships with ICBs/Trusts/NHS and local authorities to drive business growth and expansion.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the health and social care sector, particularly within complex community-based support for adults with mental health, learning disability, and/or autism care and support needs. They will be responsible for:

  • Employing a customer-centric approach to facilitate referrals and opportunities for growth
  • Working independently and collaboratively with senior management to develop new business opportunities
  • Developing key relationships with ICBs/Trusts/NHS and local authorities to raise brand awareness
  • Market development in their assigned area, staying aware of competitor activity

We require a minimum of three years' experience in a similar level role, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving growth. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential, along with excellent communication and IT skills. A full UK driving license and access to a suitable vehicle are also necessary.

We offer a highly competitive salary of £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, company pension, professional development opportunities, 25 days annual leave, and a comprehensive benefits package.
