Key Responsibilities
  • Safety, Health, and Environment: Drive a safety culture and ensure compliance with safety requirements and legislation.
  • Quality: Deliver a quality culture and develop the quality competence of all associates.
  • Leadership: Support human resource requirements and legislation implementation, and enable training of operators and technicians.
  • Delivery and Cost: Accountable for the CCN and systems, including strategy development, manufacturing applications support, and systems contract management.
  • Security and Resilience: Ensure the security and resilience of the CCN and systems, including compliance with security standards and procedures.
Requirements
  • Electrical/Technical degree relevant to local education systems or higher.
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment (maintenance/engineering preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to teach, coach, mentor, develop others, and work in a team-based environment.
  • Profound knowledge and experience of programming, development, and configuration software.
  • Excellent computer system skills covering both servers and workstations.
  • Sound knowledge of IT systems, including networks, data transfer, and storage.
