About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Systems Specialist to join our team at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting and developing our Critical Control Network - CCN and systems according to our defined strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Drive a Safety Health and Environment culture and role model behaviors, ensuring compliance to legal and corporate standards & policies.

Develop a Quality culture and role model behaviors, responsible for Quality requirements and legislation implementation and complies to legal and corporate standards & policies.

Support Human Resource requirements and legislation implementation and complies to legal and corporate standards & policies, including setting objectives in line with the plant objectives.

Requirements

Electrical/Technical degree relevant to local education systems or higher.

At least 3-5 years of professional experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment (maintenance/engineering preferred).

Demonstrated ability to teach, coach, mentor, develop others and work in a team based environment.
