About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Territory Business Developer to join our team in the South West of the UK, the West Midlands, and Wales.

This is a key role that involves driving and securing business through maximising sales turnover from sales and hire of portable building products in varying specifications, sizes, and capacity.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand current business relationships and win new business with existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, including pipelines, forecasts, trends, and accounts.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations to showcase technical and bespoke portable building solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the temporary structures industry sector, modular builds, or similar fields. A salary range of £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this role.
