Territory Business Developer

We are seeking an experienced Sales professional to join our team as a Retail Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and product awareness in our assigned B&Q stores across the South East region.
About the Role- As a Territory Sales Consultant, your main tasks will include establishing strong relationships with our customers, coaching and mentoring others, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- You will be required to work across the South East region, covering Trowbridge, Witney, Swindon, Chippenham, and Devizes stores.
- A competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- An uncapped sales bonus scheme, with a target of 10% of sales revenue.
- A hybrid company car for private use, along with a fuel card.
- A lunch allowance, which is non-taxable and does not require receipts.
- A company-contributed pension scheme.
- A flexible working schedule, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Ongoing training and support to help you succeed in your role.
