We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Children's Residential Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with our clinical team and local authorities.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation, while also facilitating social activities and outings.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and best practices to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team and local authorities to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
Requirements:
- Life skills and experience working with children or in health and social care (full training and support provided).
- A full UK driving license (ideally) or working towards one.
