Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Medico Partners Ltd. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to Looked After Children in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care and support to children in a residential setting, promoting their physical, social, and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring the needs of each child are met.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting positive relationships and a sense of community among residents.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in children's care.
Requirements
  • Level 3/4 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce or willingness to work towards this qualification.
  • Full Driving Licence preferred.
  • DBS checked (preferably on the update system, though a new application can be made on your behalf).
