Job Title: Children\u2019s Residential Support Worker
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in Birmingham. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to young people in a residential service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice, assistance, and support to children and young people in your care
- Support children/young people with challenging behaviour and adopt de-escalation techniques
- Ensure each child/young person\u2019s care plan is followed and amended as appropriate to reflect their changing needs
